Today, more than ever, the signature restaurant at La Réserve Genève is returning to its original commitment as a gateway to the world, with a menu inspired by the elegant combinations of the flavors and gourmet traditions.

Quinoa salad with pomegranate, Seabream ceviche with citrus and fresh turmeric, Tuna pavé, yuzu ponzu vinaigrette, avocado and green mango, Swiss veal entrecote, creamy polenta with olives... The chef has the desire to ensure that every taste is a rare, emotion-filled moment, from the beginning to the end of the meal.

Lunch from 12 noon to 2pm from Monday to Saturday
Dinner from 7pm to 10pm from Monday to Sunday
