Today, more than ever, the signature restaurant at La Réserve Genève is returning to its original commitment as a gateway to the world, with a menu inspired by the elegant combinations of the flavors and gourmet traditions.
The Atelier Boeuf (Beef Workshop) offers a selection of exceptional meat, cooked with the greatest sophistication and presented in the most astonishing manners. Two emblematic examples are Grade 4 Kobe Beef with seaweed salad and potatoes poached in Asian broth, wakame butter and lime; or the six-week matured Baltic Holstein sirloin accompanied by a small portion of smoked beetroot, and beetroot sprouts with a potato smoked with vine tendrils. Simple and yet majestic at once. The top-quality meat is a perfect match for extraordinary accompaniments.
