Created by a mixology expert, the Bar menu offers its own creations as well as great classics revisited. The common denominator: top quality spirits and products whose tastes and textures combine with sophistication and originality, resulting in cocktails that are as unique as they are spectacular.
From 6pm to 11pm, the Bar lays on a Tapas Collection that is ideal for relaxed sharing.
And when it’s time for lunch and dinner, the menu retains the same avant-garde mood : seabream ceviche with black truffle, soya sauce and lime ; pan fried veal calf liver, onion confit, mashed potatoes, veal jus ; roasted salmon, vegetable “mille-feuille”, butter mounted with white soy sauce...
