We have always devoted keen attention to hygiene and cleanliness in each of our establishments, whether in rooms and suites, common areas, restaurants and bars, spas… More than an obligation, this is a self-evident approach reflecting our quality requirements. Our teams are specifically trained in the implementation of protocols involving stringent measures, while naturally using cleaning and disinfection products suited to ensuring that each location is consistently impeccable. Our guests’ health and safety is a priority, our sole ambition being to offer you an experience of excellence at all times.

Before and during your arrival

  • Request for documents by email to be filled in and thus facilitate the check-in procedure
  • Check-in directly in the room

Within the entire facility

  • Each member of staff is trained in barrier procedures and respect for sanitary rules in the workplace
  • Dispensers with hydro-alcoholic solution are available in all areas open to the public and in all staff rooms
  • Regular disinfection of common areas according to a strict protocol and with certified equipment and products

In the restaurants

  • Provision of a hydroalcoholic gel at the entrance
  • Systematic disinfection of furniture between each service

In rooms, suites and villa

  • No contact or handling of personal belongings of clients
  • Disinfection of rooms every day following a strict protocol and using certified products and equipment

In room service

  • Menu available only on the television in the form of a QR Code
  • Order taking by phone

In the Spa

  • Disinfection of the cabins and fitness equipment after each use following a strict protocol and with certified materials and products
  • Hand washing of therapists in front of clients
  • Proposal of the brochure by a QR code
